Residential Design

We have three types of clients: Builders, Individuals and Architectural Firms.
For firms we work on contract basis as well as for builders, providing them with permit drawings for their projects. For individuals, we offer not only the drawings but the design of their custom home.


Remodeling:

This is a growing market in Charlotte. We offer our clients the custom service they need by providing them with the design plans for their additions jobs. Changes in kitchen, bathrooms, additions, elevations changes, are some of the projects that we have already done. Most of the renderings we provided are for our own projects.


Renderings:

Some of our clients need renderings of their projects for marketing purposes. We provide hand drawn renderings that have a unique character hard to find on computer renderings. We match our services to your needs (and budget), from really loose and sketchy renderings to detailed and elaborated "paintings".
